e-Consultation comes enabled with SMS and e-mail facility. Whenever an appointment is fixed, the system would automatically send an email and SMS to the patient regarding their token number, day of visit, doctor to visit and the session. The module looks after the Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD), providing sterile items, linen and equipment to wards and OT's.
